SERVICES AND FEES

INTAKE INTERVIEW

The purpose of the interview is to allow the monitor to gain a better understanding and details of the case. Both NCP (non-custodial parent) and CP (custodial parent) will have separate intake interviews. Guidelines and rules will be discussed with the visitation monitor, along with completing assessments and documents for each party. During the intake, both parties will be asked to answer questions that will assist in the protection and well-being of the children. This will ensure a healthy understanding and expectation during the visitation visits. The Parents and monitor can then decide if they are an acceptable match for each other.

A Fee will be charged to each parent prior to the interview

OFF-SITE VISITATION​

This visit takes place with NCP, child, and the monitor. The place is in a neutral and public setting that both parties have agreed to under the court order. The monitor will follow the statutory guidelines as a non-judgmental observer.

REPORTS

This service is a request from Parents, Attorney, or a court order requires a written report of the visits. The report may differ in length and detail depending on the request. Please be sure to request the report at least 72hrs in advance, however a rush report can be made available if necessary at an extra fee.

MONITORED EXCHANGE

This service is provided and to ensure that the child can have safe contact with the NCP. One parent will be transferring the child to the other parent. The monitor will be present to ensure that the NCP and NP or other individuals exchanging the child DO NOT come in contact with one another.

PHONE /SKYPE MONITORING

This take place with the NCP, the Child, and the monitor as a third party on a conference call.

COURT TESTIMONY

Once in a while the court will subpoena the monitor to appear in court and testify regarding the events of the visits.
